Most of these articles are written by Teresa Howard. She has been a doula and childbirth educator for almost twenty years. Her expertise is in childbirth, lactation and parenting education. She writes from her heart and from her experience of teaching thousands of couples over the last decade and a half, the almost 500 births she has attended and her own personal experience of being a mother and a grandmother.

She is the owner of Labor of Love Doula and Childbirth Services, Inc. and mentors a dozen doulas and educators in serving families in the metro area of Atlanta and Athens. She has a store of mother baby friendly products at the Labor of Love Shack. She also offers a very interactive business fan page on Facebook that offers a place to share ideas about pregnancy, birth and parenting.
